These Terms of Service govern how you use our website and the services provided by Borehole Drilling. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

  1. General
  • Borehole Drilling provides borehole siting, drilling, testing, and installation services across South Africa.
  • All work is subject to site conditions and professional assessment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service where safety, legality, or feasibility is in question.
  1. Quotations and Pricing
  • All quotes are free and based on site surveys or client-provided details.
  • Prices may change if ground conditions or access differ from what was initially assessed.
  • Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Any additional work requested after acceptance will be quoted separately.
  1. Booking and Payment
  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • The balance is payable upon completion or as agreed in writing.
  • Payments can be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the details provided on the invoice.
  • Late or delayed payments may lead to suspension of services or additional charges.
  1. Service Delivery
  • All work is carried out using our own equipment and qualified team members.
  • While we use advanced siting technology, finding water cannot be guaranteed due to natural ground variations.
  • Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the drilling site.
  • We take care to minimise disruption but are not responsible for pre-existing underground utilities or obstacles not disclosed by the client.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations must be made in writing before work begins.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable once site mobilisation has started.
  • If we cannot perform the work due to unforeseen conditions, we will refund unspent amounts after deducting mobilisation costs.
  1. Warranties and Responsibilities
  • We guarantee workmanship and installation quality.
  • We do not guarantee water quantity or purity.
  • If issues arise due to faulty installation, we will correct them within a reasonable time at no extra cost.
  • Damage caused by third parties, natural events, or misuse is not covered.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must ensure safe site access and clear ground where drilling is to occur.
  • Clients are responsible for local permissions, water rights, or permits if required.
  • Clients must disclose any underground cables, pipelines, or hazards.
  1. Liability
  • Borehole Drilling is not liable for:
    • Losses resulting from lack of water yield or water quality.
    • Damage caused by unreported underground services.
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the work completed and paid for.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All website content, photos, text, and materials are owned by Borehole Drilling.
  • No content may be copied or used without written permission.
  1. Website Use
  • You agree not to misuse or interfere with the website.
  • All information provided on the site is for general purposes and may change without notice.
  • We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on the website.
